It was easy enough to organise the combination between the two companies and I am very satisfied with the one-pass job I get from the implement. In my opinion, the Bute Engineering chain is a durable and superior harrow chain, with added advantages, such as narrower disc spacings. On 6.25-inch spacings, you have more discs running per metre, which gives a more thorough turning of the soil and a better weed kill.

WE USE THE BUTE DC 64 ON OUR KELLY FRAME. IT WORKS A TREAT

We have done well over 2000 acres and we are very happy. It’s very good on fleabane. In one 700 acre block we sprayed Treflan and disced it in and have since sown it and counted only seven fleabane plants that were not cut out. We are very impressed with the result.
